Mission and Vision

New PACH Clinic

We’re committed to providing high quality care, with respect and dignity, to medically marginalized people in the Phoenix area.

PACH currently provides healthcare, free of cost, to those who have no ability to obtain insurance or other healthcare assistance. We at PACH also work with, and provide support to, those who provide health education to the underserved, including hosting free cooking and nutrition classes, community gardens and diabetes support groups, community health promoters and yoga instruction.

Another function of PACH is to provide clinical educational experiences for students pursuing careers in various healthcare professions (i.e. MD, DO, PA, RN, etc.). Our student volunteers are an integral part of the free clinic, which in turn provides them with valuable opportunities to learn best practices in serving the underserved.

A future goal of PACH is to provide an accredited site for low-income students to obtain medical assisting and phlebotomy certifications free of charge, so they can join the workforce as competent healthcare professionals. We do all of this through the generous help of volunteers and donations from members of our community.

PACH is a 501 (C)(3) tax exempt corporation (EIN# 46-0650798).

Mission

The mission of PACH is to provide volunteer-led, patient-centered health services to medically marginalized people with respect and cultural humility.

Vision

We recognize the rights of all people to have accessible and equitable health services through an integrative, sustainable model. By challenging the dominant culture of healthcare, we seek to promote cultural humility and inspire health justice advocacy.
