Primary Care Visits

The PACH Clinic is a medical home for our patients. In addition to annual well visits our providers provide ongoing treatment for chronic diseases, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction and high cholesterol.

Pharmacy

The PACH Pharmacy ensures established patients have access to a variety of free medications that assist in treating chronic medical conditions. Medications are generously donated by Direct Relief.

Lab

The PACH lab ensures that established patients have access to medically necessary lab services as recommended by our volunteer physicians. Lab draws are sent to LabCorp for processing. Processing fees are paid by the PACH Clinic.

Food Pantry

The PACH Food Pantry ensures established patients and local community members have access to food. Our Pantry food is generously donated by St. Mary’s Food Bank and Kitchen on the Street.
